Process of Fabrication

1.

Measure your countertops in the area where we will be installing the stone. You can draw a simple sketch with wall to wall measurements. Make sure in your drawing that you label where your appliances are located as well as the walls. You might be able to contact your contractor or cabinet representative and have them submit their layout to us. This may be sent to us via email or fax. You can call us at (606) 922-9938.

2.

A representative will contact you to schedule a time for an installer to come to your home and create a physical template of your new countertop(s). Please be sure to have all cabinets installed as well as have your sink, faucet, and appliance information available. Trinity Custom Countertops can not proceed with fabrication if any cabinets or appliances are moved after the templates have been created by our installer and you can be charged an extra fee to re-template. During this visit, our installer will confirm details with you such as stone color, edge style, sink and faucet, and seam location. You can start now by viewing your options here on our website. Once all these details are confirmed an installation day can be scheduled. Our goal is to install your custom-made countertops within 2 weeks after completion of the template. However, waiting time does vary depending on our workload.

3.

Our next step is creating a computer-aided design (CAD) drawing of your countertops. Our staff reviews the measurements and design of your countertops and will make any price adjustments if necessary. The price of the work can fluctuate depending on changes to the scope of the work.

4.

The final step will be installing your countertops. Our staff will install your new stone, sink, and backsplash in a single day. If you chose a Full Height Backsplash, there will be two install days. We do not install any plumbing. You may want to contact your contractor in regards to handling your faucet and drains.
